Talk to a person.
One inbox, and a person reads every email that lands in it. No ticket queue, no support bot, no "your request is important to us." You write, I read it, I write back. Usually within a day or two.

What people write about
Anything, honestly. Here are the usual ones.
Cost is tight
If the paid plan is a stretch, say so. The reply comes from a person and we work something out case by case. Nobody misses the interview over $14.99.
Something broke
A bug, audio that won't record, a charge that looks wrong. Tell me what happened and what you expected to happen, and I'll chase it down.
Press or partnership
Writing about interview prep, or building something the people who practice here would want? Happy to talk.
Feedback or a feature idea
The thing you wish it did. The question it should have asked. The moment it got you. I read all of it, and a lot of it ships.
What to expect
A real reply, from the person who built it.
- It is the founder reading and answering, not a support queue. If something needs fixing, it gets to the person who can fix it the same day.
- Rough turnaround is a day or two. If it is urgent (an interview this week, a charge that looks wrong), say so in the subject and it jumps the line.
- There is no other contact channel to hunt for. This one inbox is it, on purpose.
"If you are stuck, if something is broken, or if the price is the only thing standing between you and practicing before the interview that matters, write to me. I would rather hear about it than not."
